Greetly’s No-touch visitor check-in is the first technology of its kind in the world. The offering was first announced in April 2020 with an assurance the solution would be ready for clients to utilize by June of 2020. The welcome screen of the Greetly app will display a QR code or the ability to text a code, both unique to the specific workplace to initiate the sign-in process. Greetly’s technology ensures visitors are on location before allowing them to begin the check-in process. Visitors will then be able to complete the entire check-in process including finding and selecting their host, entering required information about themselves, taking a photo and/or eSigning legal documents. When the process is complete, hosts will be notified. All of this works exactly as if the visitor had used a kiosk.
