Hey There! We Haven’t Chatted in a While. How Are Ya? | Greetly

Greetly's new products give you more ways to increase efficiency and cross items off your to-do list.

Hey there! We haven’t chatted in a while. How are ya? ←

If your schedule has been anything like ours, the summer has been, well, busy. But not just busy for busy’s sake. Because as we all know, time is a precious commodity in the workplace. And how it’s used can make a world of difference not only to the bottom line, but to the lives of the people doing the job.

On that note, have you noticed how sometimes the simplest tasks take up the most time?

We have.

And that’s precisely why we’ve been working on some exciting new product features. To make your day more efficient and your time spent working more effective. We shared a few of these features in August, but we’d like to take a few moments to reintroduce ourselves and our newest product offerings. (Because, ahem, you’ve been busy).

For those of you that don’t know us, Hi, we’re Greetly!

And we’re all about making your job, and the jobs of your employees, more simple and efficient, so they can focus on the important stuff.

At our core, Greetly greets your visitors and notifies the hosts when they’ve arrived via our easy to customize digital receptionist system. But like your office Admin, we’re much more than a just a friendly face or virtual receptionist app. While we take the job of visitor check-in and visitor registration very seriously, we’re also the productivity software tool you’ve been looking for.

So what’s new with us?

Planning an adventure

We’ve spent the last few months talking to our users, analyzing trends, visiting coworking spaces across the country (Hello, summer road trip!), redoing our website and brainstorming how we can continue to better serve you. With that, here are a few of our latest and greatest features and improvements:

  • An improved and more intuitive setup process for new companies
  • Better branding opportunities for your company
  • Connected to Zapier – (and, there are countless more integrations in the works)
  • Customizable host notifications by employee's preference. Users can choose to be notified by one or more of the following:
    • Voice calls to landline phones (remember them?)
    • Voice calls to smartphones
    • Text messages
    • Email
    • Slack
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Google Chat
  • Multi-lingual/language visitor check-in so visitors can use Greetly in their preferred language. While some virtual receptionists can speak many languages, Greetly can speak them all! Yes, literally. From English to Spanish to French to Mandarin to Klingon, you can configure Greetly to use the exact languages that will make your guests feel like MVPs.

And, we’re available on iOS and Android.

So, as we said, we’ve been busy! We’d love to tell you more about these new features, so please, drop us a line and let us know your thoughts. We’re always down to chat!

Now, back to your regularly scheduled programming.
